Will now refresh an ANSI message when closing the list of kludge lines/message headers (sysop command), etc.  Also, updated to output an ANSI normal attribute on exit (for ANSI users), so that the screen's background color won't get messed up (that's in addition to outputting the Synchronet 'normal' attribute for the same reason).
