more "Config" section and list sections do not require "List:" in the section
names.
The ListServer can be disabled by setting "disabled=true" in the "root"
section.
Now relying on ctrl/mailproc.ini to only execute listserver.js for e-mails
addressed to the list server (or any of the lists).
