    Use new zm.transfer_start_pos for accurate byte/eta/cps calculations.
Display zmodem block size and CRC size in progress.
Support -2 for 2048 byte initial Zmodem blocks.
Support sexyz.ini [Zmodem] MaxBlockSize value (default is 1024).
