    No need to advertise Telnet term speed support after reporting term type.
Now ACKs Telnet term speed option when requested.
Now sends Caller-ID info when Telnet location requested.
New sexpots.ini [tcp] option TelnetAdvertiseLocation, set to true to send a
"WILL SEND_LOCATION" command during connection.
