Synchronet now requires the libarchive development package (e.g. libarchive-dev on Debian-based Linux distros, libarchive.org for more info) to build successfully.

Make it clear, hopefully, that resolve_ip() can only return an array upon

success. Upon failure to resolve, resolve_ip() returns null.
