Synchronet now requires the libarchive development package (e.g. libarchive-dev on Debian-based Linux distros, libarchive.org for more info) to build successfully.

Another outchar(enum unicode_codepoint, ...) variant method which supports a

string (multiple) CP437 fallback chars, for when a single CP437 char won't
suffice.
