Created 'install' and 'symlinks' targets to ease the copying (install) or creating of symlinks after build, requires SBBSEXEC env var

directory.  This is the beginnings of the ability to write a door in JS for
all BBSes, not just Synchronet (door kit pending).

This requires moving js_CreateCommonObjects() into main.cpp, which requires
constifying the name parameter to js_CreateClientObject() due to C++ being
more paranoid about using a string literal as a char * parameter
(warning fix).

build sbbsweb, sbbsmail, sbbsftp, sbbs_bbs, and sbbssrvc respectively
these programs use the new shared libs and ONLY run the one item without
all the cumbersome command-line options.

these are used in the sbbs binary and the jsexec binary.

NOTE!!! You *must* copy the .so files from the gcc.*.lib.* build path into
either the same dir as sbbs will run from or into your LD_LIBRARY_PATH

The old monolithic version is now named sbbsmono
