Use the same terminal ctrl key values as sbbs.
getstr() might need some love here (especiall left/right arrow).

identify the cause of the problem that Waldo Kitty is having.

resolves Waldo Kitty's reported problem with SBL.

couple outstanding issues however:

bstrlen()
- behaviour is different for control keys (xsdk doesn't count them)
DCD
- Conflicts with riodefs.h (different values)
SYSOP
- Conflicts with sbbsdefs.h (different variable names)
SAVELINE
- Conflicts with sbbsdefs.h (utterly different - xsdkdefs.h wrong?)
RESTORELINE
- Conflicts with sbbsdefs.h (utterly different - xsdkdefs.h wrong?)

Wait for output buffer to flush before exiting.

getkey() will still cause an exit() though, so still install an atext()
handler!

Unix-formatted text files on terminals that don't handle this expansion.

For unix, use setvbuf to turn off stdout and stderr buffers
For unix, set con_fp to stdout instead of stderr (Why was it stderr?  This
would result in all output being logged!  Did nobody notice this?)
For unix, don't use TTY functions on non-tty
For unix, support stdio even if it's not a tty

This should fix the problems people are having with sbj and sbl from CVS builds
