Turns on pass-thru of ctrl keys that interfer with full-screen display
(e.g. Ctrl-P, Ctrl-U, Ctrl-K, Ctrl-T).
Beautified tab line display.
New bail() method (restores original ctrlkey_passthru mask).
Mimized use of ANSI getxy().
