added help information for all (most) commands, ghost exits for unlinked rooms, categorized commands for group disabling/enabling, verbose zone editor display (now with colorz!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

added global items file, support for zone editing/saving/restoring, in-game room editing and smart room linking
