X11 and SDL modes share the graphics generation.  A new graphical mode
now only needs an init and keyboard functions to work.

This is now working.

Move X_HEADERS and X_PATH macros into Common.gmake rather than GNUmakefile
for no good reason.

mouse.c and ciolib.c need to include <stdlib.h> for malloc() etc.

Reasoning for this is so you can have xpdev and xpdev-mt libraries in the
same location but have their respective object files separate.

Don't forget to add $(LIBPREFIX) to library filenames.
