Any screen mode where the description and the enum value were not
identical (ie: ones with spaces or parenthesis) would not be used
at startup correctly.

This uses the 720x400 with 9x16 character cell that always made
BBSs look so terrible.

The option basically controls forced EGA mode and reported terminal.

The jury is still out on some details...
1) If you press ESC while editing the comment, it currently cancels
   the edit.  Would people expect ESC to exit the program instead?
2) The format/colours of the displayed comment... right now it's
   using the UIFC background colours, and not draing a border or
   window.
3) Just how long should the comment field be, and how should it be
   edited.

Also, since I used my work computer, it changed all tabs to four spaces...
*sigh*

There are a number of conio changes in here too... too many to list.  Check
the diffs if you actually want to know what changed.

Extract the term size method used by SSH and pty into a function, and remove
the need to change the video mode.

Note that conn_pty does not support PETSCII or ATASCII as the terminal
type since it sets TERMCAP, and I don't have a termcap entry for either of
those.

Add -4 and -6 command-line arguments.
Add csr capability to built-in terminfo.

Added missing "NoStatus" .ini file value when creating a new directory entry.

Do not allow empty BBS names (wrecks havoc with the ini* stuff)

as of yet, but instead uses an 8x16 font generated from the Atari 8x8 one.

* Removed "BBS" from menu options and help since this is not a BBS-only client

Change them with CTRL-S from the dialing list.

Read the entire BBS list into memory rather than parsing from file.

Use strListFree() rather than strListFreeStrings() which was a memory leak.

I'm not aware of any other old charsets that were popular AND still have
fans that run BBSs (ie: I don't know of any telnet TRS-80 BBSs that use
TRS-80 chars).

Next up, output translation.

Always display LOG_INFO and below messages to file transfer window
(log level has no effect) - using xfer log level for log file writes only.
