shell_lib.js line 624: ReferenceError: NetmailAddressHistoryLength is not defined (since commit 1dac6acd)

When sending email (Netmail from email_sec.js), the message is sent successfully, but an error is shown due to (I believe) the function being moved to shell_lib.js.
