add directory option to tdfonts_lib and tdfiglet

Since you're fiddling with these, please add an option to specify a different directory than /sbbs/ctrl/tdfonts maybe by using opt.fontdir.

If using -f and -d then error if the font contains a path. Be sure to add a / to the path if it's not specified by the user :) This should function for getlist also.
