Baja PRINT function no longer expands extra attribute (e.g. Renegade pipe/color) codes

In commit da9485cf, the output of Baja and JS functions no longer expands extra attributes by default. In JS, the script author can pass the appropriate P_mode flags (e.g. P_RENEGADE) to the output functions if/when needed. That's not supported in Baja (there's no P_mode argument to the PRINT function) and this was an unintentional broken-backward-compatibility as reported by mro on DOVE-Net SYNCHRONET conference.
