sftp crash when using get

When you get a file via sftp mem and cpu spikes for sync and the file does not transfer. In windows sysop is forced to use taskman to close sync. In Linux you can run systemctl stop sbbs but it takes 60-90 seconds. Tested on both Linux (3.21f) and Win (3.21e).
