Javascript implementation of Transfer Menu/Functions

Currently the transfer menu and functions is done inside BAJA (and probably some in C too).

It would be good to have a javascript implementation like was done with xtrn_sec.js, etc. so that the transfer menu could be called from javascript, or extended

This could be a first step towards eventually making the transfer section a loadable module
