batch xfer won't remove file

The R option on batchxfer menu won't remove selected file

Step to reproduce:

1. add some files to batch queue
2. list files (L)
3. select R to remove one
4. select the N for file index

Result: The file is not removed from the queue

NOTE: The C (Clear queue) option just works.
