Users able to e-mail themselves a file from within the BBS

Basicly the file area has an option to email any file in the filebase to any email address. Restrictions could be imposed on what email address may be sent the file. ie. only another user of the bbs, only that users email address, or any email address anywhere.

that way newbies dont have to mess around with a zmodem telnet client to get files. the standard windows telnet is all they will need.
