Webv4: Toggle to show/hide echos that users is subscribed to for new message scan

When I'm browsing the webv4 forum, especially on mobile device, I really only care about echos that I would normally scan for new messages. Would be nice toward the top to have a toggle for show/hide echos that I'm "subscribed" to.

Probably would be ideal to default to only showing those and hiding others.
