ddfilelister - view extended description in list view

Instead of the "pop-up window", could ddfilelister be made to view extended description in list view (respecting the View Extended Descriptions option in synchronet's user settings.)

If user has this option off then ddfilelist would behave as it currently does. With this option on, the extended description is shown in-line.
