Suggesting: external.bat and dosemu.ini files place

I think these files should go in the ctrl directory They are currently in exec and it is not possible to override them with a custom version via mod dir It is better place to use ctrl for these cases.

However, config files should in ctrl and exec leave the stock files unchanged. Thanks!
