Please add -q (quiet) option to telgate.js similar to rlogin.js

Thought this would go in as new feature request; maybe it has to be changed by admin.

Telgate displays control-[ menu as does rlogin by default. rlogin has a -q option to quiet this output. Would like to see similar argument for telgate.js in future.
