QWK post date/time and zone mismatch

From Chris Jacobs: If you post with MultiMail and QWK then Vertrauen adds an @TZUTC: -700 kludge but leaves the Date: unchanged. I think you should either not add the kludge or change the Date: to the date the post was received on Vertrauen.
