tickit: strip tailing white space as .tic files are being processed.

"RETRONET.222" already exists in "/sbbs/data/dirs/retronet/retronetrtn_info/", but TIC Replaces line is "RETRONET.222 "

This really makes no sense. Of course, the tic file should be created properly in the first place, but we need to account for sysops that can't get things right. 😄 In this case the white space is a tab, but it could be space, of course.
