Rename all 80 column .asc et al files so only used on 80 column displays

Rename files that are only meant for use on 80 columns accordingly so they will not get displayed on a 40 character (or less than 80 character at least) display. This is mostly evident by the new random files in 3.20b trying to be displayed on a 40 character display.
