Hitting 'N' or Ctrl-C at a pause prompt no longer suppresses auto-pause
In Synchronet v3.20, for example when using the ";help" command from the default shell, hitting 'N' (or the equivalent "No key" or Ctrl-C) at the first auto-pause ("Hit a key") prompt will be the only auto-pause prompt.
This doesn't happen now with v3.21 (terminal abstraction), instead you multiple auto-pause prompts and the command shell prompt is only partially redisplayed.
