Functionality seems to be working fine, so it seems like this shouldn't be logging an error.. unless it's an error that doesn't seem to be breaking funtionality.

This seems to occur (and is logged in error.log) every time a voting message come through my system now, ever since disabling message voting via SCFG > Message Areas > Dovenet > Message Sub-boards > (any) > Toggle Options > Message Voting = No
