Netmail (other than internet email) address in the twitlist

While you can twit specific emails, you can't twit specific netmails.

It would be nice to be able to twitlist netmail addresses like MRO@VERT/BBSESINF and mro@1:103/705 so the blast radius of a twit entry could be limited.
