for executing Synchronet JavaScript modules as background timed events (e.g.
newslink.js) or in places where JS modules are not currently supported (e.g.
mailproc.cfg). This will likely be enhanced to support CGI execution in the
near future allowing dynamically-generated HTML using Synchronet data on any
web server (e.g. Apache).
