Automatically detect the DNS server (randomly chosen from the list of configured
DNS servers) if no DNS server is configured.
For *nix, this assumes you have read access to /etc/resolv.conf (where da 'e'?)
For Win32, this assumes you have IPHLPAPI.DLL on your system (included with
Win98+).
