Add JS_LDFLAGS to LDFLAGS last as JS_LDFLAGS includes libs, so makes -L
options after it ineffective (required to find UIFC_MT.LIB).
Add UIFC_MT and CIOLIB_MT libs to link stage.
Still get and error that _errno is undefined.
