Synchronet now requires the libarchive development package (e.g. libarchive-dev on Debian-based Linux distros, libarchive.org for more info) to build successfully.

Remove 2.5 second delay at end of game (?!)

While we're looking at the exit behaviour, use the recfile close
method now instead of f.file.close().
