When first creating a thing (sub/dir/xtrn/whatever) and a suggested internal

code is generated from the sysop-supplied name, don't truncate at the first
space character (concatenate words instead) - making much nicer internal codes
by default (e.g. "FAT FISH" becomes "FATFISH" instead of "FAT").
