Optimized status display (once per second). 

Using multiple threads to increase throughput (avg packet size) and reduce CPU
utilization. Currently works with Xmodem and Ymodem(-G).
Still no comparison to FTP, but reaching 100,000+cps over 100Mbit LAN.
Zmodem needs work now.
