Bugfix: optional xtrn maxtime value was not applied for DOOR32.SYS drop files.

Work-around: limit time-left value to 15-bits (9+ hours) for DOOR.SYS doors,
fixes old 16-bit doors that read this value into a signed 16-bit integer and
won't run correctly or at all if the value is "negative".
