* 382 numeric was sending an extra argument (oops) 

* Added support for /REHASH arguments: GC, TKLINES, AKILLS will force a JS
  garbage collection, clearing of temporary K:Lines, and services-enabled
  autokills respectively.  These are per Bahamut 1.4.35.
