Uses new constants for FidoNet packed/stored message and packet terminators.

Packed netmail for attach-style mailer now create/append packets with filenames
of .pkt (rather than .pk_) - these packets aren't being bundled and re-attached
anyway.
Bugfix: NetMail packets are now correctly terminated (with 2 NULL bytes).
