A remote Area Manager (ala FileFix) for TickIT

Requires SBBSecho v3.11 or later
Install using "jsexec tickfix -install"

Just support the basic operations: %list, %query, %unlinked, connect(+) and
disconnect(-) areas (named by tag or "ALL"). Oh, and %help.
