* Do more explicit checking on returning from a 352 numeric to catch possible

  problems with missed WHO replies.
* More 'var' cleanup, especially in WHOWAS to fix a possible crash there.
* Uncommented the socket.close() call at the end of this.quit();
* "Prv" is not the correct convention for displaying +p channels in /LIST.
* Define which modes accepts nicks as args, otherwise parse verbatim.
  This fixes the '-o/v <int>' bug.
* Basic WHO was horribly broken, was using the wrong variables everywhere.
