Now enables Telnet binary transmit/receive mode before Zmodem file transfers 

and disables (reverts to NVT ASCII mode) after, using request_telnet_opt().
Eliminated msvc6 warnings about unused variables and type conversions.
Added a (currently unused) purge_recv() routine.
