Fix SBJ, TBD, and DPOKER builds when installed withOUT SYMLINK=1

Needed to pass path to the "src" (SRC_ROOT), not SBBS_SRC.

Also updated the gitlab URLs to use main/sbbs instead of sbbs/sbbs.
