Bug-fix: when running multiple instances of the Synchronet sendmail thread,

it was possible to have the same message sent out from both instances since
the non-cached copy of the message header was not being checked for the
"deleted" attribute. This usually only happened when several outbound messages
were being delivered all at once (e.g. listserver).
