Replaced <font> tag with ccs class (to ensure IE renders correctly - was centering <pre> tag)  Fixes HTML 4.01 error due to font tag.  ansi2html conversion still breaks HTML 4.01 but only with <div> tags x 2.

Added css file for HTML 4.01 work arounf for <font> tag problems with <pre> tag.  Future use of css possible.

NOTE: No way to expand @-codes in JS?
NOTE: File.read() seems to strip \r and possibly \n even when opened "rb"

NOTE: JS apparently won't let you enumerate the fidonet addresses...

NOTE: Two bits of info aren't available from JS, getmail() for the user and
