JS initialization, supports four different index files and ten CGI
extensions.(in sbbs.ini)

ACTUALLY WORKS!

default is 10 seconds.

load() now returns the result of the executed script.

bool (true if script compiled and executed without error). An error in the
loaded script no longer terminates the calling script.

(over-rides default tagline).

Apparently its normal on Linux for send to send short data (on non-blocking
sockets).
