This is a rewrite of the Bullshit bulletin lister. Should have all
the same features as v3, but much faster at lightbar navigation
and especially better at scrolling large files. (frame.js has been
replaced here by my new screen management library, 'swindows'.)

Sysops don't need to concern themselves with the files in this
commit; the build generated from these has been placed in the same
location as the old 'bullshit.js' script. Just copy that one to
wherever you normally run this from and it'll take over. Or you
could run Bullshit from the repo if you like to live dangerously.

bullshit v4 build as in-place replacement for v3. On first run under the terminal server, your old bullshit.ini settings will be migrated to ctrl/modopts.d/bullshit.ini in a slightly different format.

If absent, default string 'Bulletins' will be used.

Removed attribution rather than fix its coloring. Nobody cares,
and if you do care, have you tried not caring? It's easy, it's
just a matter of doing nothing.

Option for bullshit bulletins to have it display only new bulletins at logon, but show all at other times (from external program menu)

(e.g. creating a sub-board, adding filenames to the .ini).
I would like to tackle that automation in the future through.

Was making my command shell do wacky things.

Got rid of globals.
Added mouse support for menu, quit, and bulletin scrolling.

Use GraphicsConverter to display files in 999-bullshit.xjs for now.
Stop using bullshit.ssjs.  Use settings in 999-bullshit.xjs.

Added per-user JSON files:
- Tracks which messages they've viewed
- Tracks the time when they last read a file bulletin
Added 'newOnly' key to root of bullshit.ini.  If true:
- Unread messages will be listed
- Files timestamped newer than last view will be listed
- All other files/messages will be supressed
- If nothing can be listed, Bullshit will start & exit silently
I won't even pretend to have actually tested any of this.

If the 'messageBase' key/value pair is omitted from bullshit.ini, don't attempt to load shit from a message base. (For files-only use of Bullshit, for nolageek.)

Now you can include your door game score files at the top of the
list, or whatever thrilling .ans or .txt files you wish to showcase.

Improved scrolling. Added horizontal scrolling for score files that
may be slightly wider than the 'window'.

There's also some web junk that I added earlier for, uh ... Drakahn99,
who requested it.

If you're already using a previous version, the config file has been
changed and you'll need to change with it.
