Removed the 'beta' status from the version to (1.17), now that Synchronet 3.17b has been officially released.

Now uses slyvote.cfg (all lowercase) for the configuration filename, to match the recent rename that was done.  This probably would only affect systems running in Linux and other systems that have case-sensitive filesystems.

Renamed SlyVote to slyvote (all lowercase) to be inline with the other files in the Synchronet repository.  Also, SlyVote now uses the updated dd_lightbar_menu.js filename (in sbbs/exec/load) rather than DDLightbarMenu.js.

Version 1.17 beta 63: Just before showing the message list or changing to another message area from the reader interface, it now writes "Loading..." in case there are a very large number of messages or sub-boards.

Many times, traditional .xb files (not xbimages) will look fine when
ignoring the embedded font data.

XBin (*.xb) files. The display dimensions of the files may be larger (wider and
longer) than the terminal window. You can use the arrow keys/home/end/num-pad
equivalent (including diagnals) to move the display window around.
If you have a recent SyncTERM 1.1b build, you'll get palette redefinitions
and (any version of SyncTERM 1.0 and later) you'll get the custom fonts too.
Note: the entire Bin/XBin file is loaded into JavaScript arrays/objects, so
very large files may require increaisng your JavaScript heap size considerably.

Version 1.17 beta 56: When replying to a message, the reader will now strip any control characters that might be in the subject line.

SlyVote version 0.34 beta - Added support for displaying avatars for people who post the polls when viewing results, and also updated the header display to show the from message network along with the from name.

Version 1.17 beta 55: Added the new @-code MSG_FROM_AND_FROM_NET and MSG_FROM_AND_FROM_NET-L (for left-justification with field length), which shows the 'from' name with the from network in parenthesis.  Updated the default message header to show that information.
