Apparently, it IS defined on Linux and FreeBSD, but is not currently
defined on OpenBSD (but I bet it used to be!).  This should fix the strange
zip behaviour reported by khelair.

In a script run as a timed event, client.protocol was 0 (and read-only) and client.protocol.toLowerCase() failed.
Replaced with client.protocol.toString().toLowerCase().

use lprintf(LOG_ERR,...) instead of fprintf(stderr,...) to report errors
opening or allocating memory for areas.bbs file.

Asynchronously load onelinerz so that bbs-scene slowness won't affect the loading of the rest of the page.
