Support "Reversed" option which sends the uid/pw in the wrong order (For 3.1x and lower Synchronet systems) This of course changes the ~/syncterm.lst format. Added padding so I'll never need you to delete that file again.

* Support "Be Dumb" mode which does NOT send the RLogin initial sequence. This is handy for connecting to BBSs which support "dumb" telnet. this is *NOT* telnet! 0xff is treated as a normal character. As a result, do NOT be surprised at garbage characters.

Synchronet. Uses the new RLogin-based authentication. Currently doesn't support a whole whack of things, and the ANSI support is probobly broken (Just guessing, but it IS an initial revision that I wrote while depriving myself of sleep)
