Currently has attr_to_ansi() which returns the ANSI to get from an attr to a
different attr and expand_body() which expands the various message codes to ANSI

this sets the background to the foreground and the foreground to black.

ASCII is line-based and on all platforms translates \n to \r\n which may
cause issues when uploading ANSI.

The new Raw protocl sends the file unmodified.
